"I experienced what the so-called 'yoga healing' truly means firsthand...

When I was 18, doctors forbade me from running, jumping, dancing, and practically everything that healthy people do... Of course, it felt like the end of the world... Soon, I met someone who recommended trying acupuncture and yoga. After a course of acupuncture, I started to feel better and somewhat neglected yoga.
