Welcome to Love is...
Before we begin our session, I want to share an observation that I would even call a fact, which you might agree with over time during your practice.

Most modern people have disruptions in the body's "energy supply" system. Low energy levels, pain, illness, depression, apathy, and even resentment have a tangible nature.

Our entire body is crisscrossed with energy channels (like fiber optics transporting energy). Traditional Chinese medicine, Indian medicine, and others that have not yet been overtaken by pharmacology know that physical or psychological states other than healthy ones result from blockages in these energy channels. By influencing them, we can initiate the free flow of energy, and consequently, there is no longer space for the blockage (disease or state) to exist.

When we practice yoga, we influence these channels with various asanas (which is why some of them are so intricate). Each asana has its purpose and area of influence. If a sequence of exercises is composed correctly, it involves stimulating the main energy channels in a specific order.

This is my secret as to why people enjoy my yoga so much... and why I practice it every day. The effect is immediate and, with regular practice, unshakeable :)
